Mountain Home's Kindergarten is located at 1310 Post Oak Road in Mountain Home, AR.  Mr. Kevin Roach is the Kindergarten Principal.  There are 16 kindergarten classrooms.  In addition, there are 7 teachers for special programs such as library, PE, speech, resource, and music.  There are also 5 paraprofessionals at the Kindergarten.

The mission of Mountain Home Kindergarten is to provide each child with the opportunity to learn through a rich, meaningful, and balanced curriculum.  This will be provided through age appropriate activities in the areas of literature, math, science, social studies, art, music, and physical education.  Students will be challenged to achieve the highest level of personal development in a safe nurturing environment through:  community volunteers, counseling/guidance services, and staff.
