Please gather the required documents listed below and bring them with you to the event:
Official Birth Certificate (or hospital proof of birth)
Social Security Card
Current Immunizations/Shot Record (or appointment card)
Current Kindergarten Physical (or appointment card)
Students will not be considered registered or assigned a teacher until all required documentation is submitted to the kindergarten office.
